Terms & Conditions On Rentals

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 for travel trailers and $200 for fold downs. It will be taken at the time of reservation to hold your spot and determine upon return of camper to be free of any damage. Yes the deposit will be cashed and returned to you in a form of a check when we check everything out when it comes back as long as nothing is damaged. You'll pay the rental fee on top of the security deposit.

If you are extending coverage from your personal insurance provider, there must be an insurance binder on file stating that Liability will extend back to the rental unit.  If we do not have this proof at time of pick-up the rental unit will not be released for rental.

Renter must provide proof of insurability at time of reservation.

Rental pricing subject to change unless it is secured by deposit in advance.

All the rental units are subject to sale.  And will be replaced by a similar unit.

No smoking is allowed in any of Jerry's Trailers & Campers rental units.  You will be charged a cleaning fee of $150 (minimum).

No Pets are allowed inside!

Rental units must be clean upon return.  Renter will pay a cleaning fee of $75.00 (minimum) if unit is not acceptable.

Holding Tanks must be empty upon return.  Renter will be charged $75.00 if tanks are not empty.

Renters are responsible for park permits.

Renters are responsible for any parking/traffic violation fees.
