Poor Camper Steak & Potato Dinner
1 lb. Ground Beef
4-5 Large Potatoes Sliced
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Onion Slices

Directions: Make foil pouches, about 6"x6".  Divide and press hamburger into 4 patties.  Place hamburger patty in the bag, add 1/4 of potato slices and onions.  Pour 1/4 of soup in bag and seal tightly.  Cook on grill about 45 minutes or until done. Turning about every 10 minutes.  Cut open down the center and eat from the foil.

Ziplock Ice Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla (you can try other flavors)

Directions:
1.  Add all ingredients to a pint-size Ziplock freezer bag and zip shut.
2.  Place that bag in a larger (quart-size or bigger) Ziplock bag.  Add ice to fill the bag halfway, plus 6 Tablesppons of salt (rock or regular).  Zip that one shut.
3.  Shake, turn, toss and mix the bag.  In about 5 to 10 minutes, you will have cold hands and yummy ice cream!
Note: Don't try to double this, as it doesn't seem to work.  (Also, be sure you get all of the salt off of the small bag before you open it.)

Personal Campfire Pizza
2 Slices of bread
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni
Butter

1T. Unsalted Butter
Salt/Pepper

Directions:  Break cob in half and wrap each piece in foil.  Salt & pepper to taste and add butter.  Close foil tightly and toss directly onto fire.  Cook approximately 15 minutes.  This works great for potatoes too, but they take longer (30-45 minutes, depending on size)

Chocolate
Marshmallows
Tinfoil

Directions:  Leave banana in peel. Slice it horizonally, (Not fully through, only through top of banana and peel! NOT IN HALF). Open it up and put in chocolate and marshmallows. Wrap in tinfoil and heat over fire.
